Vietnam's first domestically made smartphone

Vivas Lotus S1, the product that is recognized as the first domestically produced smartphone by Vietnam with the price at 3.9 million VND (about $ 185) on Nov 20, 2013.

This VNPT's smartphone has 5 inches screen size with resolution of 800 x 400 pixels and low density of 187 ppi pixels that the displayed image is porous and not sharp. However, the induction machine works pretty smooth.

It has a touch pad of 5 keys instead of 3 like the current smartphone. Vivas Lotus S1 uses the Android 4.0.4 operating system.

Equipped with a single-core processor clocked at 1GHz Cortex-A9 and the PowerVR SGX 531 graphics, 512MB RAM, 4GB storage memory. The phone supports 2 sim 2 waves. Vivas Lotus S1's main camera resolution is 5 megapixels and sub-camera has a resolution of 0.3 megapixels.

The two sides of the phone is very smooth, it is quite heavy and thick. The battery ups to 4,000 mAh capacity.

It is considered as an inability competing phone in the smartphone market because price is not consistent with the configuration, especially comparing to Lenovo A706.
