China's ships crash Vietnamese fishing vessels, 2 missing

China rushes to put 21 large and medium-sized fishing vessels, and more than 3,000 personnel to South China Sea citing "security and the legitimate interests of Chinese fishermen". All actions in the region that take place without Vietnam’s permission are violations of its sovereignty which the country resolutely opposes, he claimed.
